About Heather + Holli

We opened our first salon, H20 on June 5, 1988, in Metairie, LA. We started out with 1,000 square feet and eight employees to their name, but their hard work and dedication to first-class service and building strong relationships with their clientele led to the salon doubling in both size and employees over the next seven years.  

 In 1995, the need for even more space to serve our rapidly growing list of regular clients became apparent, and we opened a new, larger location. We traveled to places like Palm Beach and New York City to stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in order to continue to offer the most cutting-edge salon experience to our New Orleans area customers, and together we built the area’s first true “megaspa,” offering a diverse range of luxury products and services all under one roof.

Following Hurricane Katrina, we were inspired to support and stand by our beloved city by going bigger and better than ever before, which is why we expanded to include a second location in Mandeville, LA.

 Our unparalleled passion for providing the very best of both service and overall experience to our clientele is why we truly invest in our stylists by offering them the highest quality of educational opportunities. Since its inception, H2O Salons has dedicated part of every Tuesday to holding their in-house training program. 

We live by the adage that what is measured must be mastered in order to be the best, and we expect that commitment to excellence and a constant desire for learning and professional growth from each and every one of our team members.

 Today, we work hard at spreading our talents out amongst both H2O locations– Holli manages the Metairie location, while Heather manages the Mandeville location. We are proud to say that we have never had a moment in which we questioned our career path – every day serves to reinforce our belief that they are doing exactly what we were put on this earth to do, which is to help people of every age, body type, and color become as beautiful on the outside as they are within.

 We strongly believe that ordinary days create extraordinary experiences, which is what they strive to do for each and every client that walks through the doors of H2O.

While we are proud of the success behind our brand, we consider the proudest achievements to be the “soul accomplishments” of building such special, time-tested relationships with the loyal customers we serve – these precious friendships hold more value to us than any dollar amount or accolade ever could.

 After 33 years, we continue to strive relentlessly onward and upward and look forward to continuing to build upon the strength and beauty that makes the H20 brand with our new program Hair2Care. We want to empower other salon owners to achieve the same success.
